Position Summary:

The Facility Handyman assists with basic repairs, upkeep, and facility improvements to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This role supports the CSC operations team by completing various maintenance tasks.

We are more than a maintenance team; we are a spiritual family dedicated to supporting CSC’s mission of introducing people to Jesus through excellence in stewardship and community.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• General equipment maintenance
• Patching and painting touch ups
• Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
• Furniture assembly and upkeep
• Carpentry repairs
• Special projects

Time Commitment:

• 2-3 hours per week, project and schedule dependent
• Daytime, evenings or weekends as your schedule permits

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined
• General knowledge of basic maintenance (professional experience preferred)
• Ability to safely use hand tools and small power tools
• Good problem solving, skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
• Respectful, service-oriented attitude
