Position Summary:

The Kitchen Care Team Members are our behind-the-scenes teams in one of our CSC kitchens preparing, baking, plating and packaging 100’s of food items, each week, to be distributed and sold through one of our CSC cafes or catering events.

Ministry Vision:

CSC Food Services exists to support CSC’s mission of introducing people to Jesus and helping them become fully devoted followers of Jesus through reflecting the hospitality of Christ. We are a frontline ministry of presence, welcome, and care.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow step-by-step recipes to meet consistency and standards
• Handle food as per AHS guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work space

Time Commitment:

• Minimum 1 service / event per month; 1 hour before service until 1 hour after service (approximately 3 hours per shift).
• Saturday 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
• Sunday 8:00 am – 11:00 am, 10:30 am – 1:30 pm
• Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 1:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CSC’s Statement of Faith, Mission and Pursuits
