Position Summary:

This team has 2 main objectives: environment enrichment and event support. We build sets and props for weekend ministry, create décor for annual events, and construct entire scenes for our summer camp programs. Volunteers on this team will paint, hammer, saw, sew, cut, and glue gun as we bring the Bible to life in Children’s Ministries. During events, volunteers may help organize supplies, set up decor, and/or run activity stations.

Ministry Vision:

Children's Ministries exists to partner with parents and families to help children hear the voice of God, so that in His timing they can respond to Him and become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Building and/or painting
• Crafting
• Decorating
• Organizing

Time Commitment:

• 2-4 hours weekly, depending on ministry needs. During events may require 4-6 hours at one time.

Qualifications:

• Creative
• Crafty or handy
• Friendly or approachable

Children’s Ministries volunteers must be Grade 7 or older
