Position Summary:

Pre-Marriage Workshop Hosts serve and bless engaged couples as they attend the Pre-Marriage Workshops. PMW Hosts help create a relaxed, fun learning environment for the couples.

Ministry Vision:

Marriage Ministry exists to engage, establish, equip, support, and empower God’s people who are both entering into marriage and those in a marriage relationship according to a God- honoring, scripture based way that reflects God’s design and heart for a man and a woman to be in covenant relationship.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-marriage workshop set up & take down (table set up, food prep, snacks, coffee/tea).
• Set up usually takes place the day before each workshop (2 hours).
• Assist on the day of the workshop with greeting, food service, table supplies and other needs as they arise
• Pray for the couples as they go through the workshops

Time Commitment:

• 2 Pre-Marriage Workshops are scheduled 3 times/ministry year. (Fall, Mid Winter, Early Spring)
• Each workshop - requires set up the day before (2 hours), 60-90 minutes prior to start of workshop, take down at the end of the workshop, and refresh tables at coffee/lunch breaks.
