Position Summary:

The On-Camera Talent represents the church in video projects by delivering announcements, hosting segments, and presenting messages in a clear, engaging, and approachable manner. This role brings church media to life by connecting with the congregation and online audience through confident on-camera presence and authentic communication, while consistently reflecting CSC’s vision, values, and lifestyle.

Ministry Vision:

Communications Ministry exist to capture the life of our church and all that God is doing in and through it. Through photography, videography and other related multimedia skills, we want to glorify Christ and share Jesus with others. We are a community that embodies discipleship all while growing in our skills and relationship with God and each other.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver announcements, host segments, and present messages clearly and engagingly on camera.
• Maintain a confident and approachable presence that connects with both in-person and online audiences.
• Live out CSC’s vision, values, and lifestyle on set and in daily life.
• Collaborate with the media team to prepare scripts, rehearse, and ensure high-quality video productions.
• Be punctual and reliable for all filming dates and be open to receiving feedback

Time Commitment:

This is a flexible, project-based volunteer role, typically requiring a few hours each week depending on project demands and deadlines. Volunteers should be punctual, managing their schedule responsibly to meet agreed-upon filming dates and project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in on-camera hosting, presenting, or acting.
• Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and authentically on camera.
• Demo reel or sample videos required for consideration.
• Comfortable following scripts and adapting to direction and feedback.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet scheduled filming dates and deadlines.
• Commitment to reflecting CSC’s vision, values, and lifestyle on set and in daily life.
