Position Summary:

The Production Assistant works alongside our Creative Video Team to help bring videos to life—whether we’re filming in the studio or out on location. You’ll jump in to support with things like camera setup, lighting, audio, set prep, and running the teleprompter. It’s a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll get to work with videographers, editors, and producers—and learn more about the creative production process along the way. No need to know everything going in—we’re all about growing and learning together!

Through photography, videography and other related multimedia skills, we want to glorify Christ and share Jesus with others. We are a community that embodies discipleship all while growing in our skills and relationship with God and each other.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with video shoots, including setting up and tearing down gear (cameras, lights, audio, etc.) for both studio and offsite locations
• Operate or support teleprompter use during scripted filming
• Collaborate with the Creative Video Team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process
• Stay open to learning new skills and growing in creative production through hands-on experience and team guidance
• Help create content, helping create content that encourages, inspires, and points people toward Jesus

Time Commitment:

The time commitment for this role is project-based, which means you have the flexibility to serve according to your own availability. Whether you can help with one project or several, you can contribute as your schedule allows without the pressure of a regular weekly commitment. This approach makes it easier to balance your involvement with other responsibilities while still being part of the team and growing in your skills and faith.

Qualifications:

• Interest or experience in video production (no professional background needed—we’ll train you!)
• Comfortable working behind the scenes and following direction in a team setting
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow both creatively and spiritually alongside others
• Responsible with gear and time commitment
• Teachable attitude and open to feedback
• Excited to serve and help share what God is doing
