Position Summary:

This role is built around hands-on, compassionate serving. People that serve in this role will take their direction from the Food Services lead. Those that serve in this role will demonstrate a willingness to help through acts of service, working as a team, and showing a caring heart for those in need. Serving in The Well Cafe is for those that have a deep desire to serve the poor.

Ministry Vision:

The Well Community exists to provide safe, authentic, restorative community, and to serve the poor in the name of Jesus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dishing up food and serving it
• Portioning food and meals
• Prepping/peeling/cutting food
• Washing dishes
• Wiping down counters/tables

Time Commitment:

• Mondays, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Qualifications:

• Friendly
• Ability to serve in very busy, noisy environment
• Able to stand for 2-3 hours at a time
