Position Summary:

The role of the Switcher is to help create the service by operating the equipment that controls all of the different inputs based on the Director’s instruction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Commit to a team that serves once every 4 weekends for both PM services
  • Bring all of the elements of the service together technically
  • Work closely with the Director to ensure what goes on the screen is effective and non-distracting

Time Commitment:

  • 6 to 12 hours every 4 weeks, as well as occasional training opportunities and special events

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CSC Statement of Faith, Mission & Pursuits
  • A passion for video production
  • A full understanding of the Live Video department
  • A minimum of one year previous volunteer experience within the Live Video department
  • Be punctual and reliable when you are serving
