The Prayer Team Partner commits to meeting people one on one at the Prayer banner, listening to their personal concerns with discernment and mercy and then responding with Spirit-led prayer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet between 8:30-9:30am prior to service to pray in Theatre 1 with team (optional)
  
• Be available at the Prayer Banner following services
• Warmly greet individuals who come to Prayer Banner, and listen with discernment and mercy
• Pray, as God’s Spirit leads; do not counsel or give advice
• Direct people to Life Care Ministries, if appropriate, for godly counsel
• Keep all conversations confidential

Qualifications

• Understanding of, and agreement with our Statement of Faith, Principles & Beliefs
  
• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Ability to remain composed when receiving potentially shocking information
