The Bowness Dinner Coordinator works with the Bowness Dinner Leader to arrange dates for groups of individuals to serve at the Shepherd of the Hills church in the community of Bowness. Together with families, community groups, and other team members, they prepare a dinner on the 4th Wednesday of every month.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Connect with the Bowness Dinner Leader to go over responsibilities and determine date of service
  
• Be familiar with Bowness dinner program by reading the provided manual
• Determine a healthy dinner menu for 80 guests; shop for ingredients
• Recruit families, community groups, and individuals to prepare dinner as scheduled
• Ensure everything is in place and volunteers are established in their roles; serve dinner and clean up
