The Women to Women Leader provides high-level direction to the Women to Women program by building relationships with instructors, students, and partner organizations and organizing both regular meetings and special events throughout the year. Please note that this is an off-campus ministry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular classes and events such as a Welcome Tea and monthly leaders’ meetings
  
• Encourage and support instructors and program attendees
• Maintain connections with partner organizations and Oakhill (host site) staff
• Pray regularly for instructors and students
• Provide other leadership as needed

Qualifications

• Understanding of, and agreement with our Statement of Faith, Principles & Beliefs
  
• Relational
• Passionate about helping women
