The Children’s Team (CT) Leader provides leadership assistance to WoH Children’s Team as they provide love, care and disciple children (birth-kindergarten). The CT Leader supports the child protection plan, welcomes moms and serves as part of the WoH Leadership Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrive 30 minutes prior to ministry start time. Welcome Children’s Team
  
• Welcome mothers and children as they arrive and respond to their queries
• Coordinate WoH participants serving in childcare and assist in managing childcare ratios
• Assist latecomers in checking in their children and getting name tags
• Locate and alert mothers of any child needing parental assistance during the morning
• Utilize F1 database to ensure all volunteers are cleared to serve

Qualifications

• Understanding of, and agreement with, CSC Statement of Faith, Mission and Pursuits (as per church.ca/aboutus)
  
• Spiritual Gift(s) of Service, Administration, Hospitality, Shepherding
• Attention to detail; organized, amiable, enjoy serving as part of a team
• Minimum 6 months of regular CSC church attendance
