The Director brings together a team to create the video stream that is viewed from all of our campuses and online. The Director is also responsible for partnering with the Live Video Team Leader to grow and encourage both themselves and the team technically and spiritually.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Commit to a team that serves once every 4 weekends for either both AM or both PM services
• Understand and maintain your knowledge of all video roles to support your team effectively
• Encourage, love and support the team by building relationships with each member of the team
• Create a video stream that draws people to God, and is not distracting from Him

Qualifications

• Understanding of, and agreement with our Statement of Faith, Principles & Beliefs
  
• Demonstrate servant leadership
• A full understanding of every volunteer position within the Live Video department
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have experience serving in every volunteer role in the video team
