The Assistant Director reads the script to the Director so the Director knows what elements to have the team ready for. This allows the team to create an experience for the audience that is well planned and intentionally thought out rather than reacting to the events on stage as they happen.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Commit to a team that serves once every 4 weekends for either both AM or both PM services
  
• Follow along with the service while looking ahead to prepare the team for what is still to come
• Be punctual and reliable when you are serving

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CSC Statement of Faith, Mission & Pursuits
  
• A passion for video production
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• A minimum of 6 months previous volunteer experience within the Live Video department
