The Sermon Study Guide Writer rotates with others on a Sunday schedule to write a study guide matching the weekend sermon. This includes a sermon summary and applicable questions that can then be used as a resource for study by individuals and groups.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the Inductive Bible Study process
  
• Meet with the Sermon Study Guide team in September to review the upcoming sermon schedule
• Be prepared with personal notes and question ideas for the Sunday 10:30 am team meeting (3 – 4 people)
• Write the sermon summary on a rotational basis

Qualifications

• Understanding of, and agreement with our Statement of Faith, Principles & Beliefs
  
• Flexible and collaborative
• Being a member of a Community Group is an asset
