The Lighting Operator creates an atmosphere that helps others engage in the service by setting the lighting levels and colors, creating a cue list before the weekend service run-through, and making adjustments when needed. This individual follows the live worship service to ensure the highest quality production.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Commit to a team that serves once every 4 weekends for either both AM or both PM services
  
• Work with both the Floor Director and Video Director to ensure proper lighting levels
• Continuously learn about the emotional effects of color and the operation of the Grand MA Lite console
• Note any LX changes/repairs required for next service

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CSC Statement of Faith, Mission & Pursuits
  
• A passion for lighting and creating an atmosphere conducive to connecting with and worshipping God
