The Coach provides leadership, encouragement, and support to a team of Shepherds as they lead their small groups. They connect with their volunteer team on a regular basis to update schedules and to provide information and curriculum. They also walk alongside and pray for their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead a specific age-level room
  
• Oversee volunteer team and model intentional shepherding
• Schedule shepherds and pass curriculum on to volunteer team
• Pray for your team regularly

Qualifications

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  
• Loves Jesus and kids
• Committed and organized
• Minimum 6 months of regular CSC church attendance
