The Information Centre Ambassador is responsible to warmly greet, engage and respond effectively and lovingly to inquiries at the Information Centre.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Set up and close Information Centre (lights, sign, organize counter)
· Stay as informed as possible re: CSC updates (via CSC website, Tidbits, Ministry catalogues, etc.)
· Greet and connect with each guest in a caring, kind, discerning, patient, Christ-like manner
Qualifications
· Understanding of, and agreement with our Statement of Faith, Principles & Beliefs
· Strong communication skills; friendly and relational
