The House of God Church – Rivne, Ukraine
This church is a relatively new addition to the HART family but has been operating since 2017. Their goals include seeing every church member lead one person to Christ every year and to see every church member serve someone else in the church once a week. Theirs is the only Christian church in a community of 10,000 people. Pastor Liubomyr also serves as a family psychologist and counselor. He runs a counseling center and provides mentoring for other ministers.
Once a month the church runs a family club to help strengthen the families of believers and non-believers alike. Their church programming includes a camp for married couples (once a year), a summer camp, adult study groups, and Bible lessons and clubs for children and teenagers (once a week). The church is very focused on evangelism and offers evangelism groups to share the Gospel in their community. They run a YouTube channel to help viewers grow spiritually.
The church is working on obtaining the necessary permissions to construct a church building. They also are trusting the Lord for the necessary funding to send all their kids to summer camp and to run a day camp for kids. They hope to raise up new pastors and ministers to help serve their community (which is expected to grow to 30,000 people) and have already trained over 100 pastors and leaders (and started a new church in a nearby village). Please pray that the Lord will bless this church’s multiple efforts to reach out with the saving grace of Christ.
