Passion Week of Prayer and Fasting l April 13—19

Throughout the week leading to the death and resurrection of Jesus, we slow down and pause. We read about the life of Jesus, and experience how He walked in his final days on earth.

As one church in many locations, we are asking our community to join us as we commit 7 days (April 13—19) to pray and fast. We will reflect on the last days of Jesus’ life on earth and His Passion, and pray for our great city, nation and the world. Will you join us?

• Additionally, we have developed a “How to Fast” guide to help you know how to safely fast (and break the fast). Fasting is not restricted to food only but can include denying oneself from anything the Spirit of Jesus invites us to fast from.

• Join us in Central Campus (Prayer Chapel) on Tuesday April 15 for an early morning prayer gathering, 6:00 — 7:00am.
• CSC Staff will meet for a time of prayer at Central Campus (Chapel A) from Monday April 14 to Thursday April 17, 12:00pm - 1:00 pm, and our congregation is invited to join us!
• Our special Evening Prayer will happen on Wednesday April 16 at Central Campus (worship centre), 7pm—8:30pm. Pastor Henry will lead us into a time of intimacy with God as we seek His face in prayer. The evening will include children's, youth, and young adults ministries.

Good Friday: Joy in my Suffering l April 18 

Jesus embodied the joy of the Lord throughout His life as well as in His suffering. Understanding the epic importance of His sacrifice, Jesus endured the cross and died for the sins of all.

Join us on Good Friday as we reflect on Jesus' journey to the cross and how His sacrifice brings us joy.

All campuses will gather at Central Campus at 9am & 11am.

There is no age specific ministry available for these services.

Resurrection Weekend | April 19 - 20

In Scriptures we are promised that this world and life are not the end of the road. Jesus promises that He is going to prepare a place for us, a new creation where all the wrongs are put right. This new creation will have no more pain or tears, no more sickness or death. We have access to this new creation through Christ whose death and resurrection made a way for us to experience complete restoration and full joy.

Note: we will have an additional 1:00pm service on Sunday April 20 at Central Campus and Bearspaw Campus.

Sunrise Service | April 20

Join us early morning on Resurrection Sunday for a special Easter Sunrise Service.

Together we will read the Scriptures –telling the story of the morning Jesus rose again—and spend time in worship and prayer.
