This survey is intended to understand where each person at Centre Street Church finds themselves in their relationship with God, so that together we can more effectively pursue our mission of introducing people to Jesus and helping them become His devoted followers.
Any person who considers CSC their home church and is in grade ten or older is invited to take this survey, which is organized around our Five Pursuits and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
