CareConnect is housed in a central office. On a daily basis, our office volunteers receive calls from people in our community with needs. The needs are assessed and the individual requesting help is directed to the appropriate resource.
CareConnect draws its volunteers from various Churches in the city and coordinates these volunteers to provide essential services to the community.
