CFTC Student Care Coordinator - Helps identify and provide extended friendship and support for vulnerable students. This may include very new immigrants with limited or no family or social support in Calgary, or students experiencing significant life transitions such as marriage, birth of a child, illness, or death of a family member. It will involve connecting with students both during CFTC program times and outside of CFTC. Learn more.
CFTC Children's Program Assistant - Demonstrates the love of God to pre-school children of participants in CFTC programs by providing a safe and welcoming environment for them so that their parents can learn new skills, develop relationships, and encounter the Gospel of Jesus.
Baking Class Assistant - Provides support to the leader in a two hour baking class with the goal of helping immigrants learn to bake in their homes. The type of baking is flexible but could include cookies, muffins, breads, international baking, etc. depending on volunteer and student interests, as well as topics such as healthy baking choices and wise purchasing. CFTC ESL Teacher - Leads classes at CFTC to provide quality English Language instruction, with a focus on developing relationships and creating a safe and welcoming community for people of all faiths and cultures. Learn more.

Knitting/Crochet Teacher
Knitting/Crochet Group Leader - Provides direction and leadership to a group of individuals who gather together to learn skills and interact with each other while working on knitting/crochet projects. Learn more.
CFTC Cafe Host - Acts as the first point of contact for new visitors coming to the CFTC and ensures they have a positive initial experience. Learn more.
Nursery Toy Cleaner - Ensures that toys and furniture in the Children’s Nursery are clean and safe for the health of our children, which enables CFTC to demonstrate Jesus’ love in serving immigrant families. Learn more.
