VELA Ministries International is a Latin American ministry committed to world evangelization through the equipping of leaders for the work of the ministry of the church. The VELA training centre located on the outskirts of Mexico City provides a place for the churches to hold their own retreats as well as specific sponsored programs for potential leaders.
